Pursuant to Rule 424 Conversion in full of the notes will not materially dilute existing shareholders.

The reason behind this is they must have the correct share structure to report on their 10-Q
The market maker MM they have 3 days to close on their book. "short order"

NT 10-Q allow the company to delay 5 days, therefore, during this time noteholder not allow to transfers the shares or dump the share.

Today volume that indicated and It's clear to me that we do not purchase over 600 million on Tuesday nor 200 million yesterday. The share is transferred to somewhere that we will soon find out in the next 4 days.
