Stock options>? LOL You mean the 1.70 strike price that never hit? Sullivan was compensated much greater than an option price of 1.70. There's been attorney/legal charges the past 2 years listed in the filings. And, regardless of how Sullivan was paid, it still hurts the bottom line because diluted shares could have been used for expenses. My guess on total compensation is 1 million plus which includes the counter suit charges. Almost a year and half of fees will add up... Same old story here, waiting on a partner to bail them out...
