That is nice news, but it is also expected news to achieve a projected 100 plus million in sales in 2017. Hence no major change in stock price.

The bar has been set, any sales below 112 millions in 2017 is going to be considered a failing year by the investment community.

News beyond what is expected is going to be needed to raise this position with any significance.

Acquisitions, expansion (major projects beyond California), high profits or the cell are the type of news this company is going to need for a significant rise in share price.
