From Proulx himself, the equipment is not yet designed for humans. Trying to get to the point where it would even merit presenting to the FDA to request a trial could begin. That's the last we heard from Proulx and was a year ago, but would it make sense that if they had conquered mice it wouldn't have been announced instead of watching the share price sink to 2 cents in silence? If Manny and Marv hyped the stock up to 17 cents years ago on a theory, do you really think they wouldn't make a peep on any real progress?
