Not 100% positive but I think now that they filed an NT-10q they are not current in their filings. Thats a good thing it means the funders cant convert any more shares until they get current and file their late 10q. Now maybe this stock can move up a little once the last of the funders shares dry up from the last batch.

i heard the same from another poster when the last Q was delayed too. but the dilution continued. do you have a link that says dilution is hold while the Q is delayed? i couldn't find one

if there's such a rule lot companies which doesn't file any Qs shouldn't dilute but that's not the case.
