59% of the daily vol was naked shorted. could be you own some of those shorted shares and your buys were registered as sells to record as that side of the transaction??

Its because the MM's decided to sell you the majority of those shares at the bid vs. ask. If they executed it at the ask at that particular time it would have been shown as a buy. Since they sold it to you at the bid, it became a sell but also cheaper for you in the long run.

If you look at my posts from last week, I had exactly the same experience with VPOR.

I bought 100k of shares without issue, but part of that 100k purchase showed up as a 'sell' on the Level 2, when both transactions were buys. I couldn't figure it out either.

When I asked the board, I was told something to the effect of 'don't trust Ihub L2'.

But if you had the same experience, then I wonder how many more buys are showing as sells?
