Kipp,first welcome to the board.Second if you read all the posts as you said you did,then you would have read the reason for the price fluctuation.Right now the price is channeling between .38 and .80.This is where it belongs until the audit is done.As far as it being a legitimate company,I think there is enough posted here to show that the company is in fact the largest Non- Government construction company in Vietnam.But by all means take your time, do your DD and then make your decision.But try not to come out with statements like it is either a scam or the real thing.It doesn't take much to come to that conclusion.
