1) There indeed has been an INCREASE to the A/S.
2) The A/S is NOT MAXED.
3) There is NO A/S "DECREASE".
4) The A/S increase is NOT 400M.

There has been zero increase for a long time. It's maxed. Maybe I'm referring to a decrease as well
