Hah. Nice. Unfortunately this happens often. OTC doesn't advise companies of exactly what they need. They just review submitted documents and let the company know if there are errors. Even major companies have to amend documents.
Heck half the posters here do not even spell properly, but they seem to know everything about being current and how it is the companies fault.
