I think what you're alluding to is an Obama admin appointee will try to stop the sweep and Trump will try to fire him for cause of stopping the sweep and then everyone on the left will finally figure out what's going on once Watt forces Trump's hand and Trump shows them that Obama hid all the documents and why... so then he times it to both blow up the ACA and distract everyone away from Russia and have aired dirty laundry of many on the left..

Right, this sweep is less critical than the last, since the last was the first where Trump had the authority to stop. This one would be after Mnuchin said he expects sweep to go through, and after Watt said he would keep it in order to avoid a bailout,it would not be in order to recapitalize.
What happens on the 30th is pretty much meaningless at this point.
