BP is clearly interested. The question is are they not interested enough to make a deal, or does Leo keep holding out trying to increase the value of the drugs to get more out of a deal.

The company has stated they want to maximize value for shareholders. Partnership today vs on completion of phase 2 is big bucks.
I believe the company could be sold today for $10 per share. Leo will wait

I believe the problem with IPIX is that there is enough small ball story for Mako/AF and others to cast doubt about the business and its executives and have it stick. Menon lied about his Harvard degree, Leo talked too much about up-listing, and the conspiracies against the company, etc... and it weakened the validity of the narrative.

IPIX and management are like the kid at Harvard who came from a Texas oil town with dirt under his fingernails and a different way of talking. He just doesn't fit in and is being looked down on by other students and faculty because they're not "one of us"... But once that kid made the connection of underground drilling and pumping material into the rock to break it up, everyone wanted to be his friend. That is what it will be like for CTIX once the science proves out.

If IPIX was a traditional venture backed play, they'd already of had a partnership signed and many more deals lined up. They just don't have the correct pedigree - it's not fair but it's the way the world works. There is a reason I drive a nice car and wear an expensive suit when I meet potential partners, it's called en-clothed cognition. IPIX will need to prove themselves upon the battle field.

I have faith in the science, and may AF/Mako go to hell for the damage they inflict on real companies trying to bring real solutions to market (and by extension patients). It would be only fitting if AF/Mako get cancer or UC and can't get treated because they killed a company who had the solution. I'm all for valid, legal shorting but this lying and manipulation is wrong.
