Exactly why do you say note converting is taking place? Have you seen the OS increase? I doubt it, because insiders hold most of the notes.

And how do you know this ? Did the people who you said were converting called you and reported that they were converting their notes? Did they tell you the PPS and number of shares they were converting?
So you have insiders infos or what? Or maybe you a REAL CRYSTAL BALL?
