I see what you mean. Yes, Tracy and Shafer somehow did get it right in that document.

Presumably they got it right in every document they filed with the NVSOS. So why didn't they get it right in the Clark County Court documents?

Yep, all of that is true, which makes it more curious as to how GROUP got into the last set of documents from NV Court which released Tracy from custodianship but of the company Oceanic Research & Recovery GROUP, Inc.

I wonder how that works...

it is also in the body of the document - 2 times.
