The short answer , no I I don't believe it will. Short spike from guys like us ? Sure, My thesis on the " No" answer is because anybody that's any body( meaning insiders) knows there is no way mmex will make a profit on the oil it's self, mmex be profiting on the sell of the plant before oils ever hits a pipe in the plant.
