They're all like that. Legal writing is like learning another language. You ever read peer reviewed articles in college? Same thing.

Clay doesn't know anymore than we do. Clay might be shorting it, who knows? One thing we have to do as investors is to go by the info, news, 8ks, PRs that are put before us. I know the 8k is a little confusing...I had to read it several times. Most of us are not lawyers. The part that started the sell off IMO was the talk about dilution. As I stated months ago MMEX might have to dilute some shares. It's all part of the process. Everything here looks to be moving forward...

It's easy to assume, that a lot of employees, friends of MMEX and even family are invested here, they would lynch Jack if this was a scam, people use the word to easy here, i would reconsider using that word without solid proof, not only that it's foolish but one could easily be held accountable for it.

With that being said, everyone knows a $450 Mil project needs investors and financing, Jack is looking at all options trying to keep the most out of this deal.

So far this deal looks very good to me, 3 Mil for shares purchased over a period of 24 months, as specified in the 8k, portion of this money will be used to pay toxic debt, and the rest to further the project.

If any entity is willing to put their 3 million dollars gamble on MMEX and wait for 24 months or 2 years, i really have no problem putting up my $2000.

Good thing is, MMEX does not rely on anything told on this board, or even a few Ihub players, since this is way bigger than this room, the news stations got hold of it and it's a big deal.

Jack cannot afford mistakes here, he knows that, it would be the end of him and the company.

NYSE company is in talks, i suggest you hold on to your shares, this can turn sweet really fast, and if you don't, there will be a buyer for every sale.

P.S. Since assuming is free here, i'll assume the stock will open at 0.02 tomorrow. Leave no room for those who sold.
