the price of oil is really a non issue here for this stock. This plant will get built no matter what the price is. With that said MMEX won't be anywhere around by the time this refinery processes its 1st barrel of oil. I've been directly involved with all the big project that happen in that region. And the big boys always come in and buy these projects. There is no way in the world little ol mmex is going to own a refinery in a region that has the best oil in the country. And it is the best oil. As I said west Texas crude has its own stock ticker. If I was a gambling man which I am I'd say ConocoPhillips will own this plant , before the 1st bar gets pumped
