VNUE’s business model is based on the business to consumer VNUE software application, now in beta testing, as well as business to business monetization of our back end rights clearing system software, which is currently in development with projected beta testing beginning some time during the second quarter 2017.

Actually they should be beta testing right now, thanks for raising this question. I didn't even find out til now!
