TMMI owns VDK1.0-1.9 and i386 VDK2 outright, it always has.

Larry Panik made false and misleading claims slandering TMMI's title to its own software.

You fail to recognize who was responsible for bringing Fractals to video in the first place. TMMI spent millions of dollars in the early 1990's doing this. Somehow a "Dentist" claims he owns it all? Yah right!

The court was very generous granting DIM the VDK2 IBM PVS/SGI license, but now they risk losing everything in appeal. Not very bright if you ask me.
