Based on WHAT???? You never present any facts to support your opinions or you are just making it all up trying to suck in some unknowing investors to lose their money too. What is your strong hold theory based on. Let's have some facts.
The last thing I heard from MEEXF was they sent the MRU to the Germans to help them fix the problems they were having. They get it back from the Germans and everything is supposed to be OK. So what do they do, they apply for 8 million more dollars for more R&D so I guess the problems really aren't fixed, are they???
