Facebook charges for ads. There is no ads anywhere in the app.

The gift cards are not advertisements. There giveaways.

Amazon is not going to give hundreds of dollars of free gift cards for a small amount of exposure.

That's not a good model at all. Way to costly for them. There better off running ads on Facebook. Not giving away gift cards on an app. Lol
