Yes, I can see that argument... But, the value? It's almost like a collections agency suit, whereas the agency purchased a debt for cents on the dollar and now attempting to collect 100% plus with the curve taking control of the shell and any assets.

I don't think filing in TX for appointing......

a receiver will work. Perhaps they can obtain a judgement for money owed but I doubt custody of the NV shell is a TX issue.
