I called and got a 'Jeff'. Anyway, he was very tough to talk to. You're right that every answer is 'it depends'.

I think they just pick a random number at the end of work and that company they picked gets current. During the work day I think they play cards and answer the phone with 'it depends'.

During the time it is labeled Caveat Emptor, any stock that is not in Pink Current Information will also have its quotes blocked on www.otcmarkets.com.
