It's that mentality of " sell on news, buy on nothing". The bad thing is they sell to the bid instead of the ask, hence the drops.

IMO those with the most shares also tend to know the most. Apparently they're not liking what they're seeing.

As of this moment, BLDV does not have any MMJ operation. No facility.. not even a single MJ plant. All they have are plans to get into that business >>IF<< they can raise $12 million to build out that giant shed (which they also do not own) in Canada.

This ticker seems to be trading on dust and rumors.
