Is PVSP a successful company? Has it performed well and over-delivered in the past decade?

If nott, explain WHY NOTT.

Does Paul Riss have a history of promising stuff that never happens and then printing more shares and doing reverse splits?

If he lied and failed in the past (which he did), why would anyone expect him to behave differently now?
