as i said earlier, finra is a little weird in the way they operate. they do not reject corporate change requests. if they intend not to approve, they will send comment letters to every company submission of information. they will keep that up until the company finally gives up out of frustration.

According to RO when I asked him at the beginning of the month, there had been no further requests for information by FINRA. They had everything they requested.
