Candy Crush tried to enforce its so-called trademark on the word "Saga" used in video games. And everyone said that was ridiculous. Nintendo hasn't trademarked the word "GO" in video games. Give me a break people! And don't you think Freeze Tag would have looked into this possibility beforehand? Also the whole dispute was about the Candy Crush maker not wanting its game to be confused with the other. Hard to get Garfield and Pokémon mixed up right?

They're completely different. Different charachter, different story, different way you play the game, different rewards.

Just not the same, in any way shape or form. therefore they cannot be confused!
