news about the takeover can take it to copper, but i believe we will see a good move before the news.

What kind of news are you expecting??

We already know xtrn will be its own little company with new ticker, I see from Nevada sos that Barron, who was in control of xtrn and xree has now distanced himself from the "New" xtrn and is no part what so ever of the management team!!!

Xtrn or what ever the new xtrn is still has no assets, not a single rail car to its name, so not sure how this new rail freight business is going to happen with no money and no rail cars...

I believe this 60% of shares that need to go to xree to make the original deal work in the first place must come directly from the shareholders of record on May 31 who decide to exchange their shares to xree... but can't see this happening with the ever falling pps of xree...

So news??? Not sure what news could come out that would help this one...
