Astika Holdings is in the process of making the necessary filings which will be filed on the US SEC EDGAR system providing the specifics of developments and intends to position the Company for an eventual up-listing to a higher exchange such as the NASDAQ BX or NASDAQ, once the Company meets the financial status and market share price for up-listing qualification.

Guess the acquisition fell thru since no SEC filings unless it took 3 years to develop.

My only concern is a rinse and repeat of nothing happening since the wording is pretty close to news/updates from 3 years ago.

Filings and going active costs $$ so one can only hope.

Currently holding 200k shares, no hurry to sell.
