Why don't you just pick up the phone or shoot him an email. It's really not that hard to find out.

Because the only response you get from "investors relations" is

"Thank you for your concern. I will forward your questions to the company".

You don't need to hire an IR for that! Last week, RO was said to have met with management and discussed options for a PR. Well, apparently, they concluded that no PR would be preferable. It cost them 22% in market value or round about $15 million.
