It comes from experience brah. I predicted that if the PPS dropped after the great PR (which was really fluff news about what the company says they are intending to do), this was a scam. My suspicions have been confirmed. I've seen this pattern of trading on so many OTC stocks, and you know where they all end up? At .0001 waiting for a reverse split. You can guarantee that. Oh, and nothing will ever come of the PR. It's just bogus news to sell shares.
