very good news. should keep the volatility a little lower.

CLF stock has been very range bound for some time now. consolidation period imo.

I have been adding and adding when I can.

Vandguard probably sees major turnaround in future with prospects of either a share buyback or dividend in a couple years as debt gets lowered as well.

Is that 10.4% stake spread out between various mutual funds and/or ETFs? Because isn't ownership of a company limited to 9.9% by some SEC regs, or am I confusing that with some other rule?
