If dilution isn't done it will be soon. The AS is only 3.8 B. But yeah news will definitely turn this ship around. I wish Bill would take advantage of the bitcoin hype and get the party started. At least a few thousand $s made over the last couple weeks and get the damn licenses and filings current. That alone would get this started and should be the first step.
