That has been discussed and not ruled out. I have been urging caution. I don't want to hurt the company. But there will come a time when folk go all class action on Marcus. There's no way he can claim to be abiding by fiduciary responsibilities of public CEO. Nor is he providing adequate disclosure. The company is totally exposed, I believe, from a legal standpoint. But my question is whether it would really gain us anything.
My hope is that Marcus accepts his responsibility as CEO, or that he decides to sell the company.
