Naked short selling is rapid in the pinks and OTCBB's and has never been regulated. Mr. Thompson's list of reasons for failure to deliver shares is a joke. $6billion a day is because of "the investor failed to get the cert to broker, or the investor signed in the wrong place, or blah blah. And that causes $6B a day? And this amount is only what the DTCC/NSCC knows about.

How many billions of shares are naked shorted and not involved in the DTCC and stock borrow program over the last years prior to finally some regulations that were enacted this July? How many of the stocks involved were specifically pinks and OTCBB's which have not been able to be tracked?

His quote says it all "Reg.Sho allows market makers to "naked short" shares in the course of their market making activities, and this obviously results in fails". "We cant do anything about those........
