Catch 22, under the guidelines set forth for listing on the OTCQX there are two different designations. One is the 'PrimeQX' and the other is the 'PrimierQX' level. Also, both are avail as national or international status. The international status is less stringent as to a set pps as I see it. Perhaps PAIM wants to list on the highest level which is the (national) PrimierQX where one criteria is a pps of over $1 for 90 days preceeding the application. The link you gave is excellent. RTB
