Accordant's President Himes accepted 14m Restricted shares @ $1.00 per share, thats good enough in my books to value ERFB @ $0.05+, if not $0.25.

He states $4-6M in revenue. Sorry "projected sales pipeline for 2017 of $25 million" is not revenue. I am asking for the link to show ERF's revenue outside of Accordant? if you take the middle of the range $5M x 2 is $10M / 730M shares $.0137 per share.

Think about this, originally the acquisition was not supposed to be completed until August, yet new management and Accordants CEO found a way to finalize the agreement 5 months earlier.

IMO today's PPS is incredibly undervued no matter what. Himes and Barnett both know what's in store.
