etrade will let you trade this. Previous owners of KRFG got the ticker put on DTC list. im sure new owners of krfg will be working to get off that list asap

The stock presently has a DTC Chill on it and some brokerage firms use that as criteria for stocks they won't allow buying or selling off.

So it will be a while before the DTC chill is cleared as they have to be current with OTC before that is possible.

Best to use a different brokerage with less restrictive policies.
