Not in pennies it is not. It is normally individuals, called angel investors. reality is that most PIPEs are bought by people. Not banks or mutual funds.

I know. I've bought a lot of them (ALthough never in this stock. yet.)

Yes but a good portion of the os could be locked up (and imo is) with private placement till much higher levels , making the tradable os much smaller than ut appears. It raises much needed capital without diluting the tradable float and can enhance the probability of an organic uplisting
