2.49 billion is not that much O/S when compared to others like MMEX which has 10 billion! and went from .0001 to .06 so a R/S is not a certainty and if it does eventually it could still make a nice run before it happens

so outstanding shares is 2.69 billion out of 20 BILLION AUTHORIZED. Why would they reverse split with over 17 billion shares to sell, trade for aquistions? Seen way too many tickers with 5-10 billion shares outstanding go from .000's to MULTI pennies. 2.69 billion ain't shiite.
