So the "Dentist" hit up a few dental conventions for his funding? LOL

This explains why the he can not back out of the lawsuit, he's on the hook for all that money. This lawsuit is all Dimension has.

Do his shareholders understand that VDK2 is obsolete worthless software with ZERO possibility of generating any revenue?

I wonder what representations "Dentist" makes about VDK2 when raising this money? The Judge ordered DIM only has the licensing rights for VDK2 IBM PVS/SGI. Unfortunately the hardware it runs on no longer exists.

One would think this disclosure is required when taking peoples' money.
