A lot will depend on what KK says he is going to do with the windfall (and when he says it), how much the settlement translates into dollars per share, how the other infringing companies currently not defendants are dealt with, the certification of the patents, how many of the defendants become clients, the level of publicity in the trade journals and market publications, and general hype and hysteria that cannot be approximated. In other words, how high could this go? I have no idea. In my opinion, it is safe to say that GERS will no longer be a 2 cent stock.
