Agreed Sogo. And for those who bought after the conservatorship, and based on the words of Paulson that the Conservatorship would help save the companies, they have a great amount of damages.

But after the NWS, there was no more talk of the conservatorship being temporary. Suddenly it was touted as a tool to wind down the companies, or eliminate them completely.

Right or wrong, there is no way that a buyer after the NWS could have reasonably expected the conservatorship was meant to be temporary when EVERY power associated with the conservatorship was pointing the opposite direction.
