OT: Come on Banana. Please preface non-IPRE discussions with off-topic. And the BKMP dividend of preferred shares will trade under a different CUSIP and not with the common shares so dilution is not evident. The preferred shares will be trading as a separate entity. The dividend PR is a poison pill to ward off a hostile takeover. Peoplesoft did the same thing to avoid Oracle's hostile takeover bid. Anyhoo, this discussion belongs on the BKMP board, not the IPRE board.
