The SEC filed for summery judgment March 15th and it was around 1100 pages. All evidence gathered by the SEC and depositions taken by the SEC . I saw nothing from David Hallin.
Treaty always gets it all wrong. Another thing... The SEC mistakenly gave the gang of cons everything and yet they can't prove any involvement by me, Hallin or anybody else in writhing the complaint or there ridiculous conspiracy theory. That was just more Treaty twisted Bullshit. It was of course the SEC Attorneys that wrote the complaint.
