Explained in my previous post. Yes. All documentation on that ship expired years ago. Cannot dismiss ABS requirements, meaning the ship must be dry docked to meet mandatory compliance. Ship cannot sail with out clearance and clearance cannot be issued with out valid documentation which no longer exists. Besides that problem, the hull is in a dangerous state. Cannot safely endure an open sea voyage. All dry docks are on the south coast. The ship is on the north coast. The value now is no more than scrap.
That was an MEXP asset which it is no longer for explained multiple reasons. It was not just the ship but valuable equipment as well. Goldberg abandoned it all. But that was then and Goldberg is the new transformed business man still pushing P & D's.
