You're right when the Hailyes app was pumped by some it was proven to be wrong, when the contracts were pumped by some it was proven to be wrong. Listening to those people now would get you no where. This seems to be a transfer of control, maybe they have to keep it quiet because they don't want the meter to come in and get scooped. CFO leaving, old things going dead, if contracts were signed for the moto meter I don't think that they would let the license be revoked, that's crazy, they wouldn't be able to do business (the buyer). It's not up to us, I pray that they, whoever is involved go through with whatever they are doing, this is a great opportunity for many others, not just us.
But they are clearly not manufacturing meters with the business license revoked, unless the manufacturing has been moved to a different location (i.e and is no longer the property of a American company).
