And I probably won't be convinced otherwise. There's really nothing to convince, really.

In the eyes of the law, those who bought after the NWS would definitely, 100%, NEVER have standing to sue, because there is no judge in the world that would consider them damaged.

These buyers can definitely profit from their investment, from the rise of a stock that benefits from other people's lawsuits or from actions taken to eliminate the NWS...but standing to sue in their own right? Never would happen.
