I'm just curious, are McCusker and his helper, Hawley, complete idiots?

Seriously, saying it takes FINRA 24-48 hours to process a symbol change but it takes NV SOS DAYSSSSS to file some paperwork they "sent in".

Remember when McCusker tweeted (on May 23) that NV SOS was in receipt of the paperwork and wish he could make NV SOS put them as a priority.

So, McCusker can make FINRA put him at the top of the list but not NV SOS.

Fascinating.

But then again, those tweets don't really say much do they.

NV SOS is a good cover for them not to send in FINRA docs, right? If NV SOS never posts the forms they have "sent in", then the FINRA docs won't be sent in.

I think that NV SOS has to actually receive the documents first, right? This means McCusker actually has to SEND the documents, right? I guess by MAIL "again".

HMM, and they are JUST NOW, collecting the information for FINRA when it was stated clearly that the symbol change will be on or before May 1? Wouldn't that information already have been "gathered up"? LONGGG AGO? Seems a reasonable assumption, at least to me.

IDK, but I think McCusker and his helper, Hawley, need to remember the STORIES that have already been put out to the public.

I wonder if investors are feeling like Charlie Brown at this point in time...I know I would be.
