It is claimed that the PPS plays a role in re registration and XNRG is claimed to be disqualified from being re registered due to being at no bid. THIS HAS NEVER BEEN PROVEN BECAUSE THE THEORY IS UNTRUE.
What has been shown to be true and backed up by others here is that a revoked stock can be re registered.
