There shouldn't be ANYTHING happening in court. ALL debt should have been paid IN FULL after that MASSIVE DILUTION. Here's what Zeller said when he wanted the SHEEP to vote for this SHAM share increase:
"The need to gain access to significant investment capital, including the Purchase Price, to eliminate the existing debt of the Company, which is significantly past due and subject to legal action"
He got his wish,and that was TEN months ago. With 11 BILLION shares there shouldn't be a PENNY of debt seeing how they've done NOTHING in the way of a business venture since that SHAM shareholder vote.
